Potatoes.☠️ Those are just a few of the nutritional items my beautiful little girl is allergic to and has been since she was itty bitty. 🧐Finding food she can eat and not have a reaction to is INCREDIBLY difficult. I live in a constant state of fear worrying if she will be safe, especially when out of my sight. I always worry too because I hate when she misses out if I can’t find an allergy safe alternative to what her siblings and class mates are eating and how that could impact her feelings of “fitting in” or being labeled “different.” 🥞All she’s asked for for weeks has been for me to find her pancakes since her siblings ask for them all the time. Teriyaki chicken stir fry bowls with avocado 😋 such a quick and easy weeknight winner 👏🏼 if you have time marinate chicken for an hour in 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce, 2 cloves garlic crushed, 2 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1 tbsp honey, 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 spring onion, both green and white part chopped. GLUTEN FREE FOR HASHIMOTO’S⁉️⁉️I’ve gotten a couple messages about whether or not I’m still eating gluten free since I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I’m sorry I forgot to address it on here 🙈 •• I ate a gluten free diet for 3 months to see if it helped improved my Hashi’s symptoms. It did not. Through that experience and my own research I have come to firmly believe that unless you have a gluten allergy, intolerance, or celiac’s disease SEPARATE from Hashi’s ~ you should not need to eat a gluten free diet. Hashi’s is a disease that you should be on medicine for. And if you’re medicine is properly dosed you should not be experiencing symptoms. That doesn’t mean that the dose you’re on today will be the dose you will need for the rest of your life. •• If you disagree that’s ok! Mimosa Cake⁣ ⁣ This week is all about breakfast food? Why? Because breakfast is the most important delicious meal of the day! ⁣ ⁣ The most obvious breakfast cocktail is the mimosa, and frankly one of my faves!! I made a moist and delicious mimosa cake with some cream cheese glazing for something a little extra. It came out so well though it really didn’t need anything on top! ⁣ ⁣ The key to making this cake super moist and flavorful is using real orange. Rather than juicing it, I mashed it into the batter! You can see in the pics the real orange pieces. I also included a video, if you listen close enough you can hear the moisture. ⁣ ⁣ Cake: ⁣ - 2 Tbsp coconut flour ⁣ - 1/4 tsp baking powder⁣ - 2 Tbsp @swervesweetie sweetener ⁣ - 1/8 tsp orange extract ⁣ - 1/2 orange⁣ - 2 Tbsp Prosecco or Champagne ⁣(I used @lamarcaprosecco ) - 1 Egg⁣ 1. chop and mash half an orange in a bowl ⁣ 2. Mix dry ingredients into second bowl ⁣ 3. Mix wet ingredients to dry ingredients, including mashed orange. ⁣ 4. Pour batter into greased microwave safe dish and microwave for 2 minutes. ⁣ 5. Let cool completely. ⁣ ⁣ Gaze: ⁣ - 1 Tbsp cream cheese⁣ - 1 Tbsp swerve ⁣ - 1 tsp water ⁣ - 1/4 tsp vanilla ⁣ 1. mix swerve, water, and vanilla ⁣ 2. Microwave for 30 seconds⁣ 3. Microwave cream cheese 30 seconds (until melted)⁣ 4. Mix everything together and continue stirring as it begins to cool ⁣ 5. Pour onto cake while still pourable ⁣ 6. Brunching hard with a stack of these beauties... ... make your self a batch, fast! In a big measuring cup with a spout add in 2 eggs, sweetener like #Swerve or erythritol, pinch of salt and beat it up with an electric mix. Get your eggs all fluffy, then add 1 cup of almond flour, and a tsp of baking powder. Whisk further and if the mixture is too thick then slowly add half and half cream to thin it out. If you are making waffles then dont add any cream and have the better thick but for pancakes, I like it thinner. Add this point you can add fresh blueberries or @choczero chocolate chips. Let your imagination fly high at this point. I topped mine with @choczero Maple Syrup, fresh stawberries and a generous dallop of whipped cream. This recipe makes about 8 small/regular size pancakes. You can freeze them to have them handy. Just nuke when the craving gets to you and enjoy!

Bolo de milho com goiabada Receita adaptada de @presuntovegetariano Ingredientes: 1 e 1/2 xícaras de chá de água 1/3 de xícara de chá de óleo 1 lata de milho em conserva (descarte a água) 1/2 xícara de chá de coco ralado 1/2 xícara de chá de uva passa 1/3 de xícara de chá de açúcar demerara 1 xícara de chá de fubá 1 colher de sopa de vinagre branco ou de maçã 1 colher de sopa de fermento químico 1pitada de sal Goiabada . . Preparo: Pré aqueça o forno a 180 graus Unte uma forma com óleo e fubá Reserve . . No liquidificador bata todos os ingredientes, deixando o fermento por último. Asse por mais ou menos 35 minutos (faça o teste do palito) . . Em uma panelinha derreta a goiabada com água e vá mexendo até chegar no ponto desejado. . . Dicas e infos: 🌽 A receita original não leva uva passa, eu coloquei para diminuir a quantidade de açúcar na receita. 🌽 A uva passa branca deve deixar o bolo mais amarelinho, como eu não tinha, usei a preta mesmo. Roasted Red Pepper Cashew Hummus I love roasted red pepper hummus but sometimes regular chickpea hummus hurts my stomach so I decided to try to make some with cashews. It turned out pretty great and only needed four main ingredients to make. The fact that I now don't have to leave my house to get my roasted red pepper hummus fix and it now tastes even better is pretty dangerous but I think I'll live. Make this hummus as fast as you'll finish it. Ingredients - 1 cup cashews - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 3 tablespoons tahini - 4 - 6 roasted red pepper slices - Pinch of salt, pepper, roasted red pepper flakes

Então marca aqui ⬇️ quem ama Pizza 🍕 e não vive sem!!!! 🙋🏻‍♀️ A melhor massa de pizza lowcarb da vida 🍕🍕 Pizza sem farinha Ingredientes: 1 ovo 2 col sopa cheias de farinha de amêndoas ou de outra oleaginosa (como castanhas, avelãs ou macadâmia, amendoim não se encaixa) 1 col sopa de farinha de linhaça ou psyllium 1 col sopa de parmesão ralado (alérgicos podem fazer sem, entra apenas para dar sabor à massa) Sal a gosto Pitada de fermento químico para bolo (pitada mesmo) Preparo: Mistura tudo com uma espátula. Até formar uma massa mole, grudenta, abra em assadeira com assa fácil (dover) ou tapete de silicone, mais fácil para não grudar, e deixe bem fininha. Se não tiver, unte a assadeira com azeite. Leve para pré-assar em forno 200 graus por 10 minutos. Retira, recheia e volta para o forno por mais 10 minutos. - Blueberry Banana Cashew Butter Blender Muffins - I follow @sara.haven here on IG and she has some great healthy, whole food recipes on her page. These muffins are on her page too. They are flourless. Refined sugar free. And made in a blender! So easy and so tasty. INGREDIENTS: 1 c creamy cashew butter 2 large ripe bananas 2 eggs 2 Tbsp honey (can sub. maple syrup) 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 c fresh blueberries DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Use parchment paper muffine liners (recommended) or grease a muffin tin with butter or coconut oil; set aside. 2. Combine all ingredients except the blueberries in the blender & blend until smooth, approximately 1 minute. 3. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour batter into prepared muffin tin and top with additional blueberries, if desired. 4. Mega almuerzo estilo Poke! . Los pokes son platos que usualmente tienen una cama de algún cereal u hojas frescas, también cuenta con variedad de verduras, semillas y alguna proteína (vegetal o animal) y se aliñan con distintas salsas = un tipo de ensalada que es almuerzo. . Hoy mi poke/ensalada/almuerzo estuvo más que bueno, mi carbohidrato fue una papita amarilla, vegetales variados, paltita, salmón y aliño de limón, perejil, sal, orégano y gotitas de aceite de ajonjolí. . SWEET POTATO BREAKFAST CASSEROLE ⚫️ 5slices of turkey bacon sliced into 1/2 inch 2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp cumin dash of cinnamon 1 tsp chilli powder 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced 2 tablespoons coconut oil or ghee 4 green onions, sliced 4 eggs 2 avocados 1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice salt, to taste Ranch: 1 can full-fat coconut milk (do not use light almond milk) 2 tbsps apple cider vinegar 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsps onion powder 2 tsps parsley 2 tsps dried basil 1-1/2 taps dried dill 1 tsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp sea salt In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crisp. Remove and set aside. Do not drain the grease yet. In a small bowl, combine all spices: garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, and chili powder. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt coconut oil or ghee. Add diced sweet potatoes and cook, stirring regularly, until beginning to soften. Add spices and stir to combine well. Add more coconut oil or ghee if necessary to prevent sticking. Cook until sweet potatoes are easily pierced with a fork. Meanwhile, mash avocado with lemon or lime juice in a bowl. Add salt to taste. When sweet potatoes are nearly done, fry your eggs. Pour rendered bacon grease into a bowl. Add about 1 tablespoon back to the small skillet and heat over medium heat. Crack 2 eggs into skillet and cook until whites are opaque and beginning to set. Flip, if desired, or simply cook until all of whites are set. Sprinkle with salt and slide off onto a plate. Repeat with two other eggs. Don't overcook - you want the yolks to be soft to help create a sauce. Now for the ranch: Scoop out the coconut cream of the top of the coconut milk can and add to a large bowl or a magic bullet or nutribullet cup. Leave the coconut water in the can. Add 4 tbsps of the coconut water into the coconut cream in your bowl or cup (whisk until smooth if using a bowl). Add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir and blend to combine. Refrigerate dressing for at least 30 mins.

Who wants some Peanut Butter Loaded Brownies, pals?? 🥜💚 Fantasitic vegan and GF recipe! Credit to the amazing 📸 @evolvedchocolate .🙌 PREP TIME: 15 mins COOK TIME: 35 mins TOTAL TIME:50 mins LEVEL: Easy . INGREDIENTS▪️ Fudgy Brownie Ingredients: ½ cup almond flour ¼ teaspoon baking powder ½ cup cocoa powder 2 flax eggs ¼ cup water 4 tablespoons peanut butter any nut butter will work 3 tablespoons maple syrup 2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate ½ cup creamy peanut butter Mousse Ingredients: ½ container So Delicious Coco Whip ¼ cup creamy peanut butter Garnish Ingredients: Peanut Butter for drizzle Chopped, dark chocolate for sprinkling Melted, dark chocolate for drizzle . INSTRUCTIONS▪️ Fudgy Brownie Instructions: 1️⃣Preheat oven to 350℉. 2️⃣Combine flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder in large bowl. 3️⃣Add rest of ingredients, except for the ½ cup creamy peanut butter, and continue mixing until well combined. 4️⃣Pour into parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 25-35 minutes, until center is set. 5️⃣Let cool completely. 6️⃣Once finished cooling, poke large holes in top of the brownie, using the handle of a wooden spoon or thick skewer(minimum thickness of a pencil) 7️⃣Pour ½ cup creamy peanut butter over the top and spread around, so it fills all the holes. 8️⃣Let set in fridge while making mousse. For the Mousse: 1️⃣Mix together ½ container of the Coco Whip with ¼ cup peanut butter until well combined. 2️⃣Spread mixture over the brownie evenly. For the Garnishes: 1️⃣To finish, garnish with chopped dark chocolate, melted peanut butter and melted dark chocolate. 2️⃣Feel free to get as creative as you’d like. 3️⃣Brownies will keep In a fridge in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy! One of the best meals I’ve made in a long time! Modified from @eatingwell and all ingredients from @traderjoes (thank goodness for julienned sun dried tomatoes!) 3 chicken cutlets 2 small shallots 1/2 cup julienned sun-dried tomatoes Splash rice vinegar 1/2 cup heavy cream Chopped parsley Olive oil Salt & pepper Season chicken with salt & pepper. Sauté in 1 tsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp oil from sun dried tomatoes. Place in covered dish when cooked through. Add shallots and sun-dried tomato to pan and sauté for 2 mins. Add juices from chicken, plash of rice vinegar and cream and stir for 2 mins. Add back the chicken, toss in sauce, top with parsley and serve! You’re very welcome 🤗

Handstand prep!! L shape is one of the best preparatory poses for handstand. I find it more difficult than handstand against a wall. L shape strengthens your shoulders, abdominals, and back muscles. All necessary components to a strong, properly aligned handstand How to: 1. Sit down with your back against the wall, legs out straight. Use blocks (or anything) to measure where your heels are 2. Place your hands where your heels were 3. Align your shoulders over your wrists 4. Begin to walk your feet up the wall until your hips and your heels are in a straight line. So you achieve that perfect “L” shape. This feels much lower than you think. Make sure your toes are pointing to the floor 5. Maintain your shoulders directly over your wrists. Engage the abdominals. Close off the front ribs. 6. When you feel steady you can play with lifting one leg at a time to the ceiling 7. Have Fun!

With frames on the wall and lamps hanging over the table, giving it that cosy feel. It's a lovely place for date night or just a catch up with loved ones. ⁣⁣ Booking is limited in advance. It's more of a walk-in, so be prepared to wait for a table. Luckily we timed it just right and didn't need to wait for a table 😁. There's a new Hopper to hit Kings Cross in February 2020 so keep an eye out. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣🍽️🍽️ FOOD⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Small plates of food inspired by flavours from Sri Lanka, not your usual Indian or Bengali cuisine. ⁣⁣ I had to order Egg Hopper, It's what the restaurant is known for. It's a big thin rice pancake that you eat with a curry or chutney. We ordered the Goat Kari that really did go well surprisingly. ⁣⁣ ⁣ Green Peppercorn Chicken Wings - were my absolute favourite! It was so delicious. ⁣ ⁣⁣ Hot Butter Chilli Panner was equally divine! Full of spice and a little spicy - love it! Pilau rice was nicely cooked. ⁣⁣ ⁣ Duck Roti- was different to your normal filings on offer. It was nice but not wow unfortunately. ⁣⁣ String hopper - steamed rice noodle pancakes accompanied by coconut curry. Wasn't really tasty in my opinion, the only dish I didn't enjoy. ⁣⁣ ⁣ Drinks- OMG the Coco Milo is a must try totally delicious! If you like coconut you will love this!  Lychee Iced Tea- pretty standard tasted more like normal  Lychee juice. ⁣⁣ ⁣ I don't remember seeing any dessert on the menu, but believe me you'll be so full that you won't be disappointed that's it's not offered. Some delicious dishes and I must try in my opinion. ⁣⁣ ⁣ NB - Pork is offered on the menu, but I was assured it's prepared and cooked separately.
