Nunja, im Jahre 2013 begann die große Abnehmreise für mich. Wie vorher schon gesagt, hatte ich mich nie wirklich mit irgendwelchen Diäten etc. beschäftigt, bis eine Kollegin von mir mit WeightWachters anfing und auch relativ schnell tolle Ergebnisse zu sehen waren 💃🏼 . Also fing ich an mich mit der Punktezählerei zu beschäftigen und mich zu informieren. Soweit so gut und preislich lag WW für mich persönlich auch total im Rahmen 💰 . Also direkt für 1 Jahr angemeldet und was soll ich sagen? Es hat funktioniert! Ich möchte hier auch keine Werbung oder ähnliches machen, aber Fakt ist, ich habe mit dem Programm fast 35kg abgenommen und es hat sogar Spaß gemacht. Im Prinzip ist WW ja nichts anderes als Kalorien zu zählen, nur halt im Form von Punkten. Das macht das Ganze etwas einfacher 📝 . Eine Parallele zu meiner jetzigen Ernährungsform ist das 80/20 Prinzip, denn bei WW werden die Lebensmittel nicht in gut oder böse aufgeteilt, sondern man darf bis zu einem gewissen Grad alles essen. Kein Verzicht in Form von Lebensmitteln, sondern lediglich in der Menge von nahrstoffarmen Lebensmitteln. . ❓Habt ihr schon einmal von Weight Watchers gehört? Getting leaner and leaner, but the time is short so I try to squeeze in as much cardio as I can throughout my days! Working Full-Time Physical job helps too as you're always on your feet, but it weights me down also! Currently testing out the KETO diet for shredding, last year was a fail test as I didn't do my research, but this year seems to be going great so far! This is the leanest I've been ever and I feel completely fine. Of course there's a limit to everything and I will start to feel worse and worse as I'm leaning... For anyone want to shred or just lose weight in general, I'd recomment KETO diet, do your research; It's easy to follow, you don't have many cravings, the first week will be a huge progress, I lost 3 kg within the first week of this diet! It's crazy. KETO is the way to go for now, but be careful and eat mainly healthy fats, otherwise it could affect your liver. Good Luck for anyone trying out the diet. Pause at the full stretch straight arm position and pause and squeeze in the fully contracted position. Always use a full range of motion However dont change body shape or anything else to try to get a bigger range which could cause injury. Keep.maximum tension on the muscles by performing the negative portion of the repetition exactly the same as the positive. Focus on the repetition that you are doing rather than an amount of repetitions to create maximum tension and as much stress on the muscle as possible. So I was having a chat with one of my clients this week.⠀ ⠀ Our focus at the moment is weight-loss.⠀ ⠀ But she’s been struggling a bit the last couple of weeks.⠀ ⠀ Work’s been mental busy and she’s dealing with a nobhead who’s making things really hard for her.⠀ ⠀ Plus she’s got some personal stuff going on, which is adding to this stress.⠀ ⠀ As well as lots of upcoming social occasions - hen dos, weddings, friends parties⠀ ⠀ Then to top it all off, in a moment of impulse/madness she decided to buy x2 bunny rabbits.⠀ ⠀ Which, although cute are only going to add to her current busyness & stress levels.⠀ ⠀ So something has to give.⠀ ⠀ Which means our plan hasn’t had much if any focus.⠀ ⠀ Meaning we haven’t made much progress with working towards her goals.⠀ ⠀ She clearly has a lot on her plate and our plan, in its current format is just one thing too much at the moment.⠀ ⠀ This doesn’t make her a failure, it makes the plan a failure and something we need to change.⠀ ⠀ Her main issue, once we chatted, was that everything feels a bit overwhelming at the moment.⠀ ⠀ And she also has an all or nothing mentality, so if she can’t do it all perfectly, she won’t do any of it.⠀ ⠀ So, what do we do?⠀ ⠀ Simplify things. ⠀ ⠀ Considerably.⠀ ⠀ We’ve now set one small goal for her to achieve next week.⠀ ⠀ If that goes well we’ll add another one.⠀ ⠀ And another and build it up over time.⠀ ⠀ All of these goals will be taking her closer you her wider gaols of weight-loss and being confident and happy in her body.⠀ ⠀ Is it perfect?⠀ ⠀ Nope.⠀ ⠀ But it doesn’t need to be.⠀ ⠀ Is it the original plan I wrote and started with?⠀ ⠀ Also nope.⠀ ⠀ But again, that’s how things need to be to change and evolve.⠀ ⠀ And we’ll keep working on things and changing and evolving till she gets where she wants.⠀ ⠀ We finished the call with her happy and confident that she can achieve what we’ve set next week.⠀ ⠀ The only rule I set was a pretty big one.⠀ ⠀ NO MORE BUNNIES! ;-)⠀ ⠀ #evidencebased #nutritionist #bunnies #fatloss #loseweight #intermittentfasting #nutrition #teamscience #IF168 #leangains #whatstheplan #bunnyrabbit #fatlossjourney #weighlossjourney #nutritiontips #getstrong

The body has started to show a few cracks after 5 months of training. Its been a frustrating week but its still bloody good fun jumping in some sessions with my clients @alti2ude_ Hoping the sore foot will come good with some rest but if i have to cut it off and hop through the @truegritaustralia course then I will. Might have to watch the movie Saw #1 again. Deep down i know the work has been done so although some confidence has been hit with the foot, focus on some other areas to train for the next two weeks and let it mend as much as possible. 🤗WELL HERE IT IS🤗 This one is a killer leg focused HIIT workout (And my first ever workout video Yayyy!!😆) With three weeks of eating whatever my tummy desired it's time to get back to the Grind and what a workout to start it off and I can tell yah It definitely got the heart pumping and the blood flowing 💪🏼😝 Let me know if you try it out guys it's a toughy but I believe y'all can do it 💪🏼💕😘 WORKOUT: . . . ♡SPRINT - SPRINT. ♡SPRINT - MOUNTIAN CLIMB SQUAT JUMP. ♡SPRINT - STAR JUMP SQUAT JUMP. ♡SPRINT - RESISTANCE CRAB WALKS. ♡SPRINT - ALTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS. ♡SPRINT - LEAPING COURTSEY LUNGES. ♡SPRINT - PLANK WALKS (keep a tight core). . . Complete each sprint/movement followed by a 30-40 second rest between  and repeat the whole circuit one or two more times, give yourself as much rest time as you need between circuits untill you feel you can give it 💯% again!!
