Tu l'as vois ma tête de fatigué dans mon beau Marcel 😂. Aujourd'hui j'ai eu la bonne idée de m'entraîner en pleine après midi mais j'ai troqué le t-shirt pour un Marcel , résultats j'ai quand même eu chaud, très chaud alors j'imagine pas demain et jeudi. . It’s the first day of the week 🙌🏻 ⠀⠀ We’re starting this week of bright (even if MN is gloomy). These are vegan lemon cookies with a coconut cream topping 🌱☀️ ⠀⠀ RECIPE: ⠀⠀ 1/2C Almond Flour .5 TBSP Ground Flax Juice of half a lemon 🍋 1 TBSP Applesauce 1TBSP Agave (or maple syrup) 1/4 tsp Vanilla ⠀⠀ Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 12 min (you may need to flatten them during baking if they’re not spreading). Wait until completely cool and top with coconut cream mixed with lemon juice (and almond milk if it needs to be thinned out). ⠀⠀ Perfect for a sunny day ☀️🍋
