Workout 06-2020 getting back into some resemblance of a routine. Meant to hit the gym yesterday but I was just shot after work, so tired I just had to swerve it. Made up for it today though. Mixed cardio #HIIT to warm up then a solid 30 mins weight training on the back and shoulders. Had to call it at that point, felt a bit “off”, reaching deep into the lungs post flu for weights is different to cardio, can’t put my finger on it, just went to the well and it was dry.
