El ejercicio intenso aeróbico genera radicales libres, por lo que se ha postulado el uso de vitaminas antioxidantes como la C y E. Sin embargo en la investigación se ha comprobado que el uso de ellas disminuye la capacidad de adaptación al entrenamiento y limita la biogénesis mitocondrial (formación de las fabricas que transforman los nutrientes en energía ATP). Las mitocondrias son importantes para mejorar la resistencia y una disfunción de ellas ocasiona menor resistencia y menor capacidad para adelgazar (uso de ácidos grasos). Actualmente hay en el mercado varios suplementos postentreno de marcas "reconocidas" con vitamina E y C (tengas precaución). Y mantener nuestra cadera de forma neutra , así también nuestro lumbar . ❇️Recomiendo 3 series de 10 repeticiones presesion de entrenamiento y a modo de trabajo de movilidad en una sesión aparte 5 series de 10 repeticiones . 2️⃣En este segundo ejercicio , se debe mantener el glúteo apoyado en los talones , Columna baja neutra , una mano detrás de la cabeza , coordinamos levantar el cuello para alinear las cervicales , luego alejar el codo del cuerpo , pero sin buscar rotación de tronco , luego volver a bajar el cuello en conjunto con que baje y vuelva nuestro codo . This State Meet was beyond devastating. I had trained 6 days every week for 3+ hours getting 15,000+ in volume each workout. I had an injury 5 days prior to this meet in both of knees and was told I shouldn’t squat again for 4 weeks. I disregarded this due to my ability to walk, if I could move, I could lift. My lifts were horrible compared to my last meet. As you can see the 450 deadlift I apparently hitched on and scratched. The 260 I stalled on and scratched and finally the 430 on squat where my knees gave out. No matter how deep the bar cut into my hand I refused to let go during deadlift. I worked hard to get here and it’s such a shame I failed myself and my friends when I came so close. Thank you to everyone that supported me on my journey.
