HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT PROTEIN? I get asked this question by many, so sharing my experience on how I choose protein for my supplementation. Your fitness goals play a crucial role in deciding which protein to go for. When you can’t think your way out of a negative attitude, start acting your way out. From the time we were born, we have related certain physical acts with things like happiness, calm, strength... A smile = happiness. Laughing = joy. Even breath = calm. Standing up straight = confidence and strength. So when we act like we feel good…we begin to actually feel good. And after awhile, we aren’t acting. Remember Pavlov and his dogs? In this case, you’re both Pavlov…and the dog. Get it? A single positive action can quickly overcome hours or days worth of negative feelings. Get your mind and body on the move, get yourself physically doing something positive, and your attitude is bound to follow in that direction. Does it take a little effort, a little self-manipulation, maybe a little kick in the ass sometimes? Sure. But it’s worth it. Is there any shame in reaching out to ask for a little push on the swing set to of life to help you go higher? Absolutely not. In fact, I encourage it and believe that holds tremendous power as well. So stand up straight, hold your head high, breathe deeply, walk confidently forward. Reach out to a trusted friend or community that will offer you support for what you need. Bizcocho de calabaza semi fit. El bizcocho es sin azúcar y con harina de avena y de arroz. Para la parte de arriba suelo poner ricotta con chocolate blanco sin azúcar de Torras pero esta vez no tenía y le tuve que poner un frosting no tan fit: queso crema con un poco de azúcar glass. El resultado fue genial. La textura que da el harina de arroz me tiene in love. Menos mal que hoy hemos entrenado a tope!!! . . La receta es fácil 🎃3 huevos 🎃250gr de calabaza hecha en el lekue 🎃100 Gr de yogur griego o QFB o queso quark 🎃110gr de harina de avena 🎃110gr de harina de arroz 🎃30ml de aceite (en mi caso de oliva, también valdría coco) 🎃7gr de levadura 🎃un sobre de gasificante o un puñadito de bicarbonato 🎃una cucharada pequeña de crema de cacahuete 🎃Canela, nuez moscada y jengibre al gusto 🎃endulzante de vuestra preferencia y un poco de esencia de vainilla . . Mezcláis húmedos por un lado y secos por otro.
