It’s about time we got this show on the road 🌪 _ Christ, it’s been a long 6 months. There’s been one thing after another that has stopped me from giving this off season the green light. Many of you saw the depths I went to to gain my pro card back in May. It was rough, I dug into the depths of my ability, self-belief, resilience. I went places I don’t think many have been, and that had a big impact on my wellbeing, health, relationships. But I made it out the other side, and I wouldn’t swap my pro card for anything at this point. Winning that show meant everything to me. ✌🏽 _ But of course, we have to be mindful and very aware of the damage we’re doing on that journey. It’s part and parcel of anything extreme, and I accept that, but the last few months have been spent getting everything back in check. Health markers are looking sweet, my body has been given time to recover, I’ve had my down time. All whilst the fire inside me has been growing more and more. Now we cast our eyes on the pro debut, and the off season that precedes it. 🕰 _ The most exciting thing is that this will be longest off season for years. Since before my first pro qualifier back in June 2018. And not only will it be my longest. It will be my most precise, my most effective, my most closely controlled. ✌🏽 _ I’ll touch new EVERYTHINGS in the next year. Weights, exercises, food volumes, muscle mass, supplements. I’ll optimise it all as best as I can. All with the help of the coach who will get the most out of me, the supplements that will enhance my training and safeguard my health from @complete_strength, and with any luck the best training facility around London 🤞🏽 _ Right now I’m sitting at 108kg-ish. My heaviest ever is 109.6kg. I’m currently in a physiological hormone range. I think you catch my drift. 120kg I’ll see you soon. 🤝

Happy Thursday! Leg day at it's finest along with some core work. 💪🏾 -Back squats are my bread and butter for leg growth. A good movement that works so many more muscles than just quads glutes and Hamstrings. 💪🏾 -Lunges are a great accessory and a good way to work on your flexibility and mobility. This is why you'll never see me use too much weight on my lunging movements. Happy Friday! 💪🏾 💪🏾 Some of you might have noticed immediately that I'm doing front squats on my push day. Why is that? In the most simplest way put: your body naturally produces the human growth hormone when put under stress. In this case, the stress is front squats. If you were to compare the legs as a muscle group to your chest and really your upper body in general, not to include the back, it is a significantly bigger muscle group causing the body to produce more of the growth hormone. Therefore, in theory with this amount of growth hormone pumping through your body prior to knocking out 3 sets of 5 to 12 reps on the front squat, there is more room for growth once you get into your push routine. As for the pullups on my push day.
