Normale göre daha hafif bir spor yaptım. 🏃🏻‍♀️ 17 bin 500 adım attım. 🏋🏻‍♀️ 1 buçuk saat dışarda yürüyüşün ardından 1 buçuk saat cardio + ağırlık antrenmanı yaptım. 🔥 1300 kalori yaktım. Diner van vanavond: wortel, pastinaak en paprika uit de oven met hete chilisaus en daarnaast 3 crispy sticks. Sinds afgelopen weekend hebben we een contactgrill om zonder olie te kunnen grillen. Ik heb de crispy sticks er vanavond tussen gedaan, maar ze waren niet echt crispy geworden, maar wel oké. Today is my one year ketodiet ! One year ago today, I decided to make a big change, and I actually stuck with it this time. 82 lbs down! I couldn't be happier with my progress. This is has been the best "diet" decision I have ever made. The best part about it is that it's not a diet at all. It's is quite simply, a pure, healthy, sustainable way of eating. I feel balanced, happy, satisfied and beautiful. I KNOW that beauty isn't about how much you weigh, or what size you wear.... but when you don't feel healthy, you usually don't feel good. Beauty starts on the inside, and that is EXACTLY what I have found. This has been HANDS DOWN one of my favorite #wwlunch ideas that I keep returning to. This recipe, from @slenderkitchen, is flavorful, easy to make, and 0 points on the Blue plan! I make this is bulk and then freeze it in smaller containers so that I have them ready to use for lunches at work, for a quick meal after a long work day, or on a day where I was point heavy. Have you ever gone into a diet thinking I am going to lose 2-3 pounds a week? - Sounded pretty doable at the time. - Until you actually got into it. - Pretty quickly you realize, it’s going to be way harder than you thought. - You keep thinking, why can’t I do this? Why can’t I lose JUST 2-3 pounds a week? What’s wrong with me? - Nothing is wrong with you. What is wrong is your expectations and the resulting plan. - You had unrealistic expectations of weight loss before you began. You were thinking more about the timeline, rather than a sustainable process. - Hey, we’ve all been there. I certainly did the same thing over and over. - And you know what else I did? - I thought by adding another day or two of lifting, extra hours of cardio, and 2 extra HITT sessions a week, I would speed up or improve my fat loss. - That expectation is totally unrealistic. Adding more workouts to your routine is not going to be the magic ingredient to miraculously speed up your fat loss. - So what ARE realistic expectations? - ✅A modest calorie deficit ✅Strength training 2-4 times a week ✅Adding in a bit of cardio ✅Consistent Adherence (<—What matters most) - And understanding that your fat loss will not be linear. There will be times (and longer periods of time) where the scale won’t move at all. You will be frustrated and think it’s not working anymore. - That WILL happen. I can guarantee it. But if you stay the course and power through those tough times, you WILL come out the other side. - Set yourself up for success right from the beginning. Understand that there will be bumps in the road.
